Therapy is a place for those who seek to challenge the status quo of their lives and deepen their relationship with themselves & others to heal relational/behavioral patterns that are no longer serving them. I provide professional psychotherapy that allows individuals to grow their inherent capacity to thrive in an inclusive environment that fosters hope & understanding. My style is warm and collaborative, I believe my clients are the experts on their own lived experiences. I utilize evidence based approaches including: CBT, DBT, ACT, & Mindfulness to guide clients toward their desired mental health goals. My role as a therapist is to empathically attune to each client's unique emotional experience.
