I provide professional psychotherapy that allows individuals to grow their inherent capacity to thrive in an inclusive environment that fosters hope & understanding. My style is warm and collaborative, I believe my clients are the experts on their own lived experiences. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, & Mindfulness, to guide clients toward their desired mental health goals.
