I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping adolescents and adults address issues related to anxiety and trauma. With a background working with diverse client populations and supporting clients with a range of concerns, my passion lies in working with trauma survivors. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and that therapy offers a transformative space where you can establish meaningful connections and find purpose. Together, I work with clients to create a safe and supportive space where they can challenge unhealthy patterns, process emotions, & complex trauma with care and understanding.
