Sometimes we all need a little extra help, whether we feel stuck, disconnected, uncertain, overwhelmed or just OFF. Therapy allows us the unique space to slow down, explore and reflect with the support of a new perspective and listening ear. I provide clients with gentle yet direct insights, probing questions, and a safe place to practice new skills, process emotions, and grow through a deepened sense of self. I operate from a relational lens, meaning I believe in the healing power of relationships - our connection with others, to the larger world, and to our own selves as individuals.
