My ideal clients are adults and older adults who feel stuck in patterns shaped by trauma—whether from a single event or years of smaller, cumulative wounds. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, addiction, or caregiver burnout. Many seek to better understand themselves, shift unhelpful dynamics, or reclaim a sense of agency.
