I work with individuals and couples to identify and overcome barriers to happiness, healthy functioning, and life satisfaction. Problems and symptoms experienced by clients may be caused by current difficult situations/experiences, or by an accumulation of life hardships, or by a combination of both. Some clients might experience a general sense of unhappiness others might have specific symptoms, but either way, they may not really know why. Often, the link between the true problem/s and symptoms is not obvious and I help clients to gain insight into what may be happening and find effective ways of coping.
