And that only makes you feel "selfish" and more guilty! Helping people break free from overworking & resentment is my passion. Many of my clients are people who are dealing with difficult bosses - or partners, friends, or family members living with alcoholism/substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and chronic health issues.
