We all experience periods of turmoil and sometimes our inner experiences are too difficult to sort out and understand alone. Many of the client's I work with feel stuck, struggle with anxiety, depression, identity, family relationships, or grief. Others simply wish for support in creating a different inner experience. I work from a strengths-focused perspective that is derived from evidence and researched methodologies. My theoretical orientation is primarily ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), but I also enjoy utilizing expressive techniques.
