I have found, in my private practice, that people usually seek therapy when they are going through an extremely stressful time in their lives, feel increasingly depressed or anxious or feel dissatisfied with different aspects of their lives(relationships, career, life transitions). My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental atmosphere in which clients can express their feelings and gain insight into what led to their current state of mind or difficult situation.
