Standing in our truth is one of the most difficult things a person can do and it is one of the most courageous. Congratulations on taking steps on your healing journey. I have focused my therapeutic work on encouraging and validating individuals to discover and "stand in" our authentic selves. No matter what, it is a crucial part of our healing journey. I focus my therapeutic work on Trauma Informed modalities, such as EMDR, TF-CBT and IFS (aka 'parts work'), along with customizing treatment based on your individual goals.
