I have a heart to meet people where they are currently at and help them achieve their goals to grow in the ways they desire. I hope that each of my clients find peace that guards their hearts and minds as well as become empowered to make choices and changes necessary for the life they yearn for. I provide individual therapy implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques specific to my clients needs. I offer an integrative approach to therapy seeing each client as an individual and choose the therapeutic theory and approach that will best serve my clients. My strengths are encouragement, being empathetic, compassionate and non-judgmental.
