Let’s be honest - life can get pretty messy. It’s full of things like change (ugh!), other humans and events out of our control. Maybe you're having a hard time, and you don't even know "why". Maybe your relationships are stressful. Maybe society’s “-isms” (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.) are affecting your well-being. In therapy you get to decide what is important! I get the honor of walking with you as we figure out how to help you cope, manage, grow or heal. As a queer person, I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folx. I provide a safe & affirming space to explore all facets of yourself/your life. My therapy approach depends on your needs, but I primarily work prioritizing empathy and empowerment while teaching tangible DBT skills to improve communication/relationships, manage emotions and be more mindful.
