As an LPC and Professional School Counselor, I specialize in talk therapy for adolescents (typically ages 11 to 20), particularly high school athletes and students experiencing feelings of depression or anxiety. My goal is to help clients understand their own thought patterns patterns and to support them in making healthy choices. I especially enjoy working with adolescents faced with anxiety, balancing things like sports/school/life/extracurriculars, and setting goals for themselves. I strive to be a trusted adult that middle- and high- school students feel comfortable opening up to.
