Lauren Berke is a Psychotherapist and Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor, in New York State, under supervision of Brianna Paruolo-Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Specializing in women's mental health and wellness at work, Lauren supports women with performance anxiety, strategic goal-setting and mindful, self compassion. Lauren launched her professional career in business development, market research and consulting, with a BA in Liberal Arts, concentration in Economics, minor in Communications, from Villanova University. She later earned her MA in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from NYU, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.
