Hi, I’m Lauren, a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) at Wholehearted Healing Collective. I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Biobehavioral Health and my Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Penn State University. I believe therapy is a way to better understand yourself and your past experiences so you can become more present, grounded, and connected in your daily life. I see the therapeutic space as one where you can slow down, reflect, and be fully human without pressure to have it all figured out. My role is to support you in making meaning of your experiences and discovering new ways to move forward with intention. My approach is eclectic, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, somatic techniques, humanistic and person-centered frameworks, & existential exploration.
