I utilize an integrative approach when counseling, including Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Humanistic, and Behavioral approaches, tailoring the counseling experience to meet the unique needs of each individual. Though these are the theoretical orientations I align with, it is important to me that you feel understood and supported in our time together. I completed my clinical internship working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and co-occurring diagnoses focusing on developing social and behavioral competencies to cultivate relational skills.
