I approach each individual with empathy, curiosity, and acceptance, inviting my clients to explore their emotions and struggles in a safe space. I specialize in working with client's struggling with anxiety, work stress, burnout, relationships and dating, communication, self-esteem, cancer or chronic illness, caregiving, medical trauma, and depression, I'm here to offer empathy, support, and guidance as we explore your problems and work together to find solutions. I take my cues from my clients, but maintain a focus on stated goals, and can help give structure to our sessions.
