Supporting adolescents and adults alike through individual therapy is my passion and honor. I get the experience of pain, fear and hopelessness, and I also know what it’s like on the other side. I want to help you find relief, whether you’re experiencing an unexpected difficult situation or have been suffering a lifetime of pain due to childhood trauma. I specialize in helping those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergent issues, and more. Together we can examine your unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and develop healthier patterns to live a happier life. My approach is warm, accepting and relationship-based.
