My approach is active, supportive and collaborative. I enjoy working with people dealing with life transitions, relationship issues, career/academic, parenting, grief, chronic illness, disabilities, divorce, remarriage and more. I also like working with people who are creative and/or who have a sense of humor. I usually have only day time appointments and I do not usually see clients on weekends. I combine cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, narrative, and mindfulness approaches to best fit client needs. I am also trained in internal family systems and other strength-based approaches to therapy.
