As individuals, we all have a happy, healthy baseline where we find ourselves truly thriving in life. When we are struggling, we oftentimes begin to live our lives in extremes. We might begin to see these extremes manifest in working too much, maybe drinking more than we usually do, or noticing that our emotions seem out of our control and difficult to manage. When we live in these extremes we can find other aspects of our lives beginning to suffer. It may seem impossible to identify where to being in fixing our problems. View 6 Photos In working with my clients, I strive to help them find a healthy balance in every part of their lives, whether it is work, relationships or health. Finding a balance is important. Balance does not allow one area in our lives to become too extreme, pulling all of our focus.
