Accepting new clients!; I specialize in neurodiversity-affirming therapy, trauma, utilizing EMDR, Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy, and Parts work. All of which provide lasting effects, at a faster pace than talk therapy. I work best with high achieving individuals, women, and am AuDHD, myself. I utilize a holistic approach to ensure that you will have the tools necessary to maintain balance in all areas of your life. I listen for your voice, and seek to empower you to take ownership of your life and its direction. I strive to create a safe, accepting environment, where we work to step into your highest potential. Being vulnerable is hard work. Together, we will discover who you are without judgment, with curiosity.
