Welcome, I’m really glad you found your way here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering accessible, personalized therapy to individuals and families in Nevada and Washington State. I work with clients around parenting and behavior challenges, anxiety and over-functioning, depression, ADHD, stress, and self-esteem. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and explore what’s been coming up for you, at your own pace. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful and lasting change. I also love teaching and group work, and I co-facilitate a weekly DBT skills group in Las Vegas.
