Hi, I’m Lauren — a Licensed Social Worker who’s passionate about creating a safe and compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with teens and adults who are navigating life with neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, or struggles with self-compassion. In our work together, we’ll focus on building the basics: understanding your emotions, strengthening regulation skills, and developing self-care practices that actually fit your life. I use psychoeducation to help make sense of your experiences and offer tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered day to day.
