If your pregnancy, fertility, or postpartum experience has been tough, if you realize you're burnt out from work stress, parenting, or other life demands, or if you are navigating a difficult transition, a trauma, or hard relationship, I can help. Together, we will explore and tend to your emotional needs and unpack your mental load. We will build your calming and coping toolkit for now and to last beyond your time in therapy.
