I believe that we are whole and complete, containing within us everything we need to heal. As a counselor, my role is to hold space and provide safety and support, and offer the listening for individuals to reconnect with the inner wisdom and compassion they were born with. As a trauma informed clinician I am trained in using person-centered experiential models such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) to work with clients in processing and integrating life experiences. I work with clients to expand their window of tolerance and regulate their autonomic nervous system to find stabilization and relief. I work with adolescents (12+), adults, and couples. I specialize in emotional dysregulation, PTSD, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, life transitions, personality disorders, and relationship challenges. I utilize person-centered and cognitive approaches to help clients build resilience, grow confidence, and create fulfilling relationships.
