I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor that has experience counseling adults in a variety of settings. I take a person-centered relational approach enhancing client strengths and empowering them through collaboration. I enjoy working with clients that have trauma and/or co-occurring disorders. I understand that some people may be aware that they need help processing their trauma and/or understanding why they are using substances. There are other people that are not as far along in the stages of changes. I believe therapy is a joint effort in processing through life's challenges.
