I help children, adolescents and adults cope with symptoms of anxiety and depression stemming from trauma, conflict, grief or other life transitions. Was married for over 20 years and mother of two, ages 24 and 20. I’ve been a school counselor in Waterbury for 17 years and a licensed clinician for 3. I'm a seasoned professional both in life and as a therapist and I intend to use my knowledge and experience to help my clients understand their needs and make change in order to feel better.
