Change is possible! For 30 years I have been helping children, adolescents, and adults to successfully navigate life's challenges. I have been privileged to witness improved mood, decreased anxiety, improved relationships and increased hope again and again! I see our work together as a joint venture and feel privileged to support, encourage, participate and help navigate as needed. I offer brief treatment for specific challenges and longer-term treatment for more complicated and/or long-standing psychological problems. My approach to treatment is eclectic and always individually tailored to the particular client or family.
