I am a licensed clinical therapist with experience working with adult clients who are living with anxiety, significant life transitions, grief, loss, illness, and/or end of life. I come from a strengths-based perspective, and utilize a variety of modalities to support a collaborative, non-judgmental and holistic therapeutic relationship. Together, we can navigate stressors and determine what needs to be in place to overcome barriers, promote self-care and ensure a rich and balanced life within your current environment.
