I offer therapy for individuals and couples who feel stuck in familiar relational dynamics and want something to shift. My work focuses on helping people interrupt old loops, rebuild trust in themselves, and show up differently in their relationships. I’m based on Massachusetts’ South Shore and provide telehealth across the state. I work with clients navigating relationship ruptures, attachment wounds, and the quiet frustration of knowing something isn’t working but not knowing how to change it. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care, with room for humor and humanity along the way.
