Welcome to my practice! At some point in all of our lives we face difficulty navigating challenges and stressors, such as depression, anxiety, life/career transitions, or relationship issues. I believe therapy can be a unique and powerful tool to relieve distress, enhance one's quality of life, and help gain a better understanding of oneself. My approach is empathetic and client-centered and I integrate various therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients.
