Throughout my career, I have had the honor of supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, grief, relational struggles, domestic violence, racial trauma, and life transitions. I believe healing past wounds is key to growth. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space to process, heal, and thrive. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I take a culturally responsive, strengths-based approach, integrating humanistic therapy to foster self-acceptance and meaningful change.
