I am a licensed clinical therapist. I work with adults and adolescents in individual, family and group therapy settings. I treat a variety of conditions from stress management and everyday life issues and personal relationships, to more severe problems such as depression and anxiety. I work within a collaborative holistic model, and approach each problem in relation to the individual's larger life situation, focusing on individual strengths and experiences. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities from insight oriented family of origin work to cognitive and dialectic behavioral therapies and other approaches as appropriate.
