Finding the right counselor to start therapy with can feel dauting sometimes. I understand these challenges, having done my own work in therapy, and I want to help you begin your journey towards finding your most authentic self. I believe that when we work to better understand our thoughts, our emotions, our perceptions, that is where healing begins. I specialize in trauma-informed, mindfulness-based practices, anger management (CSAM), and DBT. Apart from this, I have over eight years of experience working with individuals with PTSD, depression, anxiety, BPD, schizophrenia, and traumatic brain injuries.
