Dr. Dumont has devoted her life’s work to helping people reconnect with their capacity for growth, peace, and authentic joy—even in the midst of life’s most challenging seasons. She believes in our innate drive toward healing and transformation, and in the power of meaningful therapy to alter the trajectory of a life. Her work is grounded in the idea that insight, emotional safety, and courageous self-reflection create the conditions for lasting change. Lauren’s primary clinical interests include stress and anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, fertility struggles, parenthood, and major life transitions. Lauren collaborates closely with clients to build a secure, supportive therapeutic space where depth, honesty, and growth are possible and welcomed. Her style is warm, compassionate, and often infused with appropriate humor. She is especially drawn to working with individuals who are outwardly capable and accomplished, yet inwardly seeking deeper alignment.
