I specialize in treating trauma and post traumatic stress responses in ages ranging from early childhood through adulthood. Modalities I utilize include trauma focused treatment, cognitive restructuring, play and art therapy, and insight oriented approaches. Therapy is provided for individuals and/or families as a unit. In addition to treating trauma, I treat emotional and behavioral disturbances in children and adolescents, depression, mood disorders and self esteem issues in children and adults, and emotional and behavioral responses to peer relational problems and learning disabilities. I began my career providing mental health treatment for children, families, and parents. I have focused on treating depression, trauma that impacts emotions, behaviors, and mental health.
