My name is Lauren Holland and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer counseling in the convenience of your space and schedule as my practice is completely virtual. My clients range in age, however, most times, we are working on relationships they have. Clients come to me because they want to see positive changes in their lives and together, we work to find ways in which they can live a more wellness focused life. Many times, our work explores how clients talk to or about themselves. My goal is to always provide clients with a safe place to be seen and heard. In my practice, you are unique and always welcome! I work often with motivated clients looking to create change in themselves and in their environments. These changes can be around family dynamics, careers, relationships, and other avenues in life. Together we work on the most important relationship dynamic of all, relationship to self, as it sets the tone for all other interactions the client my have.
