I specialize in the compassionate treatment of OCD, Anxiety, and Trauma. I have certifications through EMDRIA and IOCDF. I take a compassionate and empathetic approach to help you identify and move towards your goals and values. I will help you understand why your current coping tools were strategies that kept you safe in the past, but no longer serve you. I will help you develop more adaptive ways to achieve your goals. I am warm, non-judgmental and my goal is to provide a safe space to allow you to move toward changing what you can and accepting what you cannot.
