Lauren is a pre-licensed clinician actively working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). She earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Plymouth State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis from Assumption University. Lauren takes an eclectic, person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. She believes in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to support their growth and well-being.
