Day in and day out, we’re bombarded with messages about how we should be, and many of us find ourselves constantly trying to fit a mold. I create a space of reprieve from the pressures of everyday life – a space where you can relax and be your truest self without fear of judgment. I believe strongly in the power of honest connection to heal the wounds of self-doubt and self-criticism. My priority is to create a space that is inclusive, safe and above all YOURS. I am not here “heal,” but to work alongside you while you grow.
