Life presents many challenges, whether it’s navigating major life transitions, parenting struggles, relationship and communication issues, exploring gender identity or sexual orientation, managing chronic illness/pain, or finding your way as a young adult. I work with adolescents and young adults, neurodivergent identifying folks and I’m proud to support and affirm those in the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience by creating your own village of support rooted in empowerment, connection, and community.
