Thank you for your interest in my practice! Many of us long to be seen and understood despite messaging that asks us to minimize or hide our vulnerabilities. My clients often struggle with issues like anxiety, depression, codependency, addiction, C/PTSD, and ADHD. My work is largely focused on providing sex-positive, LGBTQIA-affirming and trauma-focused care, using treatments like EMDR to target core wounds. My goal is to help clients address stuck patterns, heal from past experiences, and cultivate the resources needed to live with insight and self-compassion. My work may also involve the use of humor, creativity, and spirituality!
