I believe seeking help to overcome difficulties in life is a sign of immense strength. We all face challenges, big and small, and sometimes we need someone to walk with us through those tough times. My role as your therapist is to meet you where you are in life and provide a safe, nurturing environment free of judgement, for you to work through any challenges you may be facing while providing appropriate coping skills to conquer those issues. It is essential to remember that seeking help is not a sign of weakness or failure, but rather a courageous step towards personal growth, resilience, and well-being! I love helping individuals dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship issues, stress management, self-esteem, and trauma/abuse. I have 2+ years of experience utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and solution-focused therapy. I utilize a person/client centered approach!
