Hi, I'm Lauren! I am passionate about meeting clients where they are with empathy and non-judgement. Every person and circumstance is unique, and I do not believe that therapy should rely on a one-size-fits-all method. As a therapist, I find importance in being able to respectfully confront clients “blind spots” and work together to find the ways in which one may contribute to their own distress. I also recognize that in many moments, it is equally important to simply provide a safe space for you to be heard and understood. I enjoy being able to use humor when appropriate, and connecting with clients in ways that are genuine. I find a lot of value in counseling clients with needs in the areas of trauma, perinatal struggles, couples counseling, sexual wellness, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-worth, growing emotional intelligence, and those times when life is just lifin'. I would be honored to be a part of your journey on your way to being the best version of yourself.
