We all have unique lived experiences which impact the directionality and functionality of our daily lives. Processing these moments with a trusted confidant allows the opportunity to identify patterns and create change. As a Clinical Social Worker, I am especially interested in supporting clients as they navigate the stressors associated with life transitions including peer and family conflict, anxiety, academic pressures, behavioral concerns, and emotional dysregulation. Throughout my professional experiences across many settings, I have found that no therapeutic method is one-size-fits-all. I primarily provide person-centered therapy for adolescents and adults. I have completed EMDR basic training and am beginning to integrate this approach with clients as needed.
