I work with people looking to improve their relationships- with self and others. Relationships are central to our wellness and survival. I work with clients to support shifting from surviving to thriving. I am your collaborator in accessing more resilient states and to discover more ease in your daily life. Populations I particularly enjoy working with include those between the ages of 20-40, queer folks, people who have experienced outdoor trauma or accidents, young people with chronic pain, and those in life transitions. My values and approach as a therapist are centered around holistic, mind-body models. These approaches support us in not only thinking differently, but feeling differently. I blend Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment Theory to support clients in developing new ways of being in the world.
