Whether you're a young adult grappling with relationship challenges, dealing with life transitions as you age, an individual navigating grief or loss, or someone dealing with aging or chronic health conditions, I offer a supportive, flexible space for healing and growth. I also have experience working with Veterans and caregivers facing the unique stresses of their roles. My practice is a place where you are encouraged to show up as your true self, share your story, and explore your emotions without fear of judgment. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and adaptive. I'm here to help you pause, reflect, and explore the patterns or beliefs that might be holding you back.
