At different points in our lives, we may find ourselves navigating difficult waters. These periods are tender and sacred, and having the light and guidance of a therapist can be healing in many ways. I have a genuine interest in getting to know you and holding a warm, gentle, nonjudgmental space for you to explore yourself. I am curious about the identities you embody and how these identities intersect and dance within a larger context of family, community, culture, and social systems. I provide healing support for individuals dealing with trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions and more. I am trained and experienced in using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, and Somatic Experiencing to help clients heal from many different forms of trauma and wounding.
