Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m the founder of Sense of Calm Counseling and a married mom of three little ones (4, 3, and 1). Life is never boring—and often a little chaotic—which I believe helps me be a grounded and relatable therapist. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my family, thrifting, catching up on my shows, or enjoying quiet moments. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University (War Eagle!). I’m working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist. I enjoy supporting children (2+), adolescents, and young adults with challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, and more.
