I consider the relationship between therapist and patient to be the most important aspect of psychotherapy. Suffering from poor mental health is often a very isolating experience, so it is essential that my clients know and truly believe that I care about their well-being and will always advocate for their interests. As a highly empathetic individual, I have had my own journey with mental health struggles and can truly appreciate the courage it takes to come to therapy. I feel privileged every time a client lets me into their world.
